The Park Zdrojowy with its 18th-century palace just opposite the hotel was a lovely place to relax. The hotel's restaurant served traditional Polish dishes that were quite enjoyable. The front desk staff was available 24-hours, which was convenient.
Beds not made up, but I guess they were too busy replenishing the room or maybe they just forgot about it. Who knows?

We liked everything at cieplice including the food and staff. Bohema is located within 800 feet from the hotel.

This hotel is located in a quiet area, perfect for relaxing. It is surrounded by a lovely park and close to the town center. the spacious rooms are equipped with a comfortable settee, TV, and a shower cubicle in the bathroom. Guests can enjoy a decent pool and a good clean sauna and whirlpool. A varied and extensive breakfast is served and good free Wifi is provided as well.

I had a lovely time during my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for me, with easy access to transportation and within walking distance to the city center. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel very welcome. The hotel facilities were great, especially the spa and swimming pool. I also enjoyed the varied and extensive breakfast.
Don't have any issues at all.

Best aspects of xmas stay: The hotel's location was perfect, close to a beautiful park and the town center, making it easy to explore. The large swimming pool was a great way to relax and enjoy the facilities. the breakfast had a varied and extensive selection that included delicious pastries and fresh fruit.
Worst aspects of xmas stay: Although the location was great, the hotel lacked some basic amenities, such as a kettle in the room and the restaurant closing early.

The hotel offered free internet in the lobby, which was great to stay in touch with friends and family. The swimming pool was clean and inviting, and perfect for a refreshing dip after a day of exploring the nearby picturesque town center, where there were delicious restaurants to enjoy. Additionally, the room was spacious and comfortable, with a good selection of TV channels in different languages.
The room lacked coffee-making facilities, which made it difficult to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee early in the morning or late at night when the restaurant was closed. Moreover, the gym facilities could be improved to cater to a wider range of fitness needs. Lastly, the location of the hotel was a bit far from the main attractions, which required a vehicle to get around.
